For those that have been sleeping under a stone or maybe have been out the game for a minute, let us re-introduce you to the real and rugged undertones of Soldjasoulz a two man Hip-Hop crew from East Anglia consisting of DPF of Son Records and Reds from Chronic Redeye. Their sound combines the raw real Hip-Hop sound of UK Rap with influences from dub, reggae, funk and a special ingredient of uniqueness that only they seem to have.

‘Your Mum Loves Reggae’ is a five track EP that takes the listener on an audio journey through roots, dancehall and underground hip hop with enough low-end thump and heavy wordplay to keep any summertime jam session bubbling. ‘Your Mum Loves Reggae’ is an EP that is definitely something you are going to need on your iPod this summer. Hosted by the wrong uncle to have in your party ‘Uncle Joe’, Soldjasoulz bring a combination of flavours in their own original style and let the world know a little known fact about life in East Anglia. mums really do love reggae!!!!

New free download EP and video from London talent TONYAS

Tracklisting:

01 – Back Into My Groove
02 – Lovin It
03 – Real Money (Radio Version)

Download Link:
http://www.zshare.net/download/89193423debe91aa/

TonyAs describes himself as an artist that has evolved over time, inspired by many and has now ultimately come into his own. The art started as a musician- Rapper turned Singer but TonyAs has also embraced his other passion- writing (as a song writing and feature writer). Formerly known as theSaint- TonyAs has taken it one step further opting to strip it bare, go back to basics, whereas theSaint was a straight talking hiphop artist, TonyAs the musician has embraced other influences and as well as rapping- also sings, adding another dimension to his works.

As a musician the style is charismatic, easy listening emotional type music, in his own words ‘he wants people listening to be able to feel what he’s saying- to empathise, whether having experienced it or witnessed the content of his verses’. Sound wise it’s fundamentally hiphop- though his evolution as an artist has lead to incorporations of Reggae, Soul, Funk and other such genres. Lyrics are still his forte if you like, and he prides himself on being a vivid and lyricist.

2011 promises to be an interesting year, the SexDrugsPoetry brand grows from strength to strength, there’s the music, the ‘Y Is It’ articles and videos that TonyAs himself produces. 2011 will see the release of his ‘Introducing TonyAs’ project. Singles to look out for ‘Back into my groove’, ‘Real money’ and ‘Loving it’.

Welcome to the world of Krystatic, a 21 year old Midlands songwriter, performer and recording artist who began rapping in 2002 at the age of twelve. After listening to artists such as Biggie, 2Pac, Ludacris, LL Cool J and his favourite artist Nas, Chris Harvey aka Krystatic knew that Hip-Hop was the music he wanted to create and that the music industry is somewhere he felt he belonged. Coming from a strong musical family background, he began to start recording with his cousins Dezert Rhino and Rico Levant from True Fam Records where he recorded two underground promotional mixtapes entitled “The Next Big Thing Volume One” and “Luxury Life”. Both releases got his name out locally where he began to build a strong fanbase and create a real buzz in the streets and local radio. At the start of 2009 Krystatic found out about a local talent competition called ‘Wolves Top Talent’. He auditioned and got through with ease and went all the way to the semi-finals, which again added to his local appeal.

Krystatic was already known as a good songwriter and recording artist, but now he was also known as a man who could easily tear up a stage with an electrifying performance. After deep thought and a better vision to how his music was being received, Krystatic decided it was time to step it up and unleash a full length debut solo album. Recording commenced in the summer of 2009 where he enlisted the help of some of the Midland’s best producers from Tru Fam Records such as Dezert Rhino, Rico Levant, S.X and Smiffey. This would be the start of something real. this would be the start of Krystatic. “Stepping Out The Box” is a fifteen track audio journey that gives the listener time to absorb all the various styles to this talented artist.

Krystatic is a positive artist unleashing his thoughts and opinions on life in the UK and living in the inner cities. Expect to hear him drop science on various topics including the credit crunch and the worldwide recession, family, relationships, life in his home town, loyalty, dedication, self motivation and much more, all delivered in his own unique style and swagger. Already Krystatic is causing a buzz with various tastemakers and is ready to set the world alight his bars of fire. Krystatic has arrived and is here to inject some positivity into a scene that is currently dominated by negative music.
